Who we are
Helthu offers guided wellness programs, including Coffee Switch with iCoffee and Dinner Switch with iSlim. IndusViva manufactures the products; Helthu provides program guidance and customer support.
Helthu is a Udyam-registered sole proprietorship owned and operated by Muhammed Sinan P V. Our administration-only office is in Modern Bazar, Kozhikode, Kerala, 673027, India. Contact us remotely for support.
What information you share
A joining button opens a WhatsApp message draft. Helthu receives it only if you send it. Depending on your enquiry or order, you may share your question, chosen program and package, contact information, delivery location and order reference.
Dinner Switch drafts include a button reference and, when present in the page link, the utm_source and utm_campaign values identifying the ad source and campaign. You can edit the draft before sending. No message is sent automatically.
The Dinner Switch budget calculator runs in your browser. Its dinner-cost input is not sent to Helthu or stored by the page. Avoid including detailed health records in a general order enquiry; discuss an appropriate professional channel where needed.

Dinner Switch has flexible follow-ups without a fixed appointment calendar. Coffee Switch support follows its own confirmed offer. Joining or continuing a program is your choice.
Who we share your information with
Your information is handled by the Helthu wellness team who manage your program. For order fulfillment, your delivery address and order details are shared with IndusViva Health Sciences and/or the shipping carrier as necessary to complete your delivery.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
When you use WhatsApp to contact us, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We do not control WhatsApp's data practices. Please review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for information about how WhatsApp handles your data.
Data retention
We retain your contact information and program records for as long as your program is active and for a reasonable period after completion to support any follow-up questions.
Your rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.

Cookies
The Dinner Switch page does not load an analytics or advertising tracker. Its enquiry-click integration event contains only the program, button category and button identifier, with no external transmission or browser storage. Coffee Switch loads its own Meta advertising measurement script, which may process browser and click information under Meta’s policies. Google Fonts requests may send technical request information, such as your IP address, to Google.

We may update this policy as the program grows or as regulations require. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when this version was published.
