Who we are

Helthu is a guided wellness program. We currently operate the Coffee Switch 90-day program, which is built around iCoffee — a functional coffee product manufactured by IndusViva Health Sciences.

What information we collect

When you use the contact form on our website, you share:

Your name
Your phone number
Your country of residence
Your coffee preference (Creamer or Black)
Your wellness goal

This information is sent directly to our WhatsApp number as a pre-filled message. We do not store your form data on any server. The message is delivered through WhatsApp's platform and is received by our wellness team.

If you message us directly on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp contact information and the content of your messages.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Answer your questions about Coffee Switch
Confirm your program enrollment and variant choice
Coordinate your product order and delivery
Send your planned WhatsApp check-ins across the 90-day program
Respond to your support questions

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Coffee Switch program.

Who we share your information with

Your information is handled by the Helthu wellness team who manage your program. For order fulfillment, your delivery address and order details are shared with IndusViva Health Sciences and/or the shipping carrier as necessary to complete your delivery.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

WhatsApp Requires Legal Review

When you use WhatsApp to contact us, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We do not control WhatsApp's data practices. Please review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for information about how WhatsApp handles your data.

Data retention

We retain your contact information and program records for as long as your program is active and for a reasonable period after completion to support any follow-up questions.
